How to get your ping a bit lower on the game?

All you have to do is

1- to enable the game console in game option
2- join the server you wanna play on
3- open the console and type CL_MAXPACKETS 15 and then hit enter.

It does help a bit, about 10-20 less ping

also snaps 30 works for me i spam that in console my ping goes down usually
